Operations fund created

Note: This version of section effective 7-1-2024. See also preceding version of this section, effective until 7-1-2024. Sec. 1. (a) The governing body of each school corporation shall create an operations fund to be used by the school corporation after December 31, 2018. (b) The governing body of each charter school that receives a distribution of revenue received from a tax levy under IC 20-46-8-11.2 shall create an operations fund to be used by the charter school after December 31, 2024.
