Use of money in the fund

Sec. 6. Money in the fund may be used only for the: (1) advancement of costs or reimbursement of expenditures incurred by a public school to purchase curricular materials that are provided to each student at no cost as required by IC 20-26-12-1; and (2) reimbursements of costs incurred by a parent of an eligible student, or an eligible student for curricular materials as provided under IC 20-33-5-9.
