Date for determination of enrollment

Sec. 1. (a) Pupil enrollment under this chapter shall be determined at the same time that a school corporation's fall count of ADM is determined. (b) Pupil enrollment under this chapter shall, for informational purposes only, be determined at the same time that a school corporation's spring count of ADM is determined. The spring count of pupil enrollment under this subsection shall not be used for determining a career and technical education enrollment grant under this chapter.
