IC 20-47-2-4 "School building" Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "school building" means a building used as a part of or in connection with the operation of a school and includes the: (1) site for the building; (2) equipment for the building; and (3) appurtenances to the building, such as heating facilities, water supply, sewage disposal, landscaping, walks, drives, and playgrounds. However, the term does not include a building that is designed for and to be used exclusively for interschool athletic contests.
