Application procedures

Sec. 12. Any school corporation desiring to obtain an advancement under this chapter shall submit to the state board a verified application stating: (1) the existing condition concerning the need for money to be used to construct, remodel, or repair a school building in the school corporation; (2) the amount of money needed; and (3) any other information requested by the state board.
