Purpose

Sec. 2. This chapter is in furtherance of the duties that are imposed exclusively upon the general assembly by the Constitution of the State of Indiana in connection with the: (1) maintenance of a general and uniform system of common schools; and (2) investment and reinvestment of the common school fund.
