Sec. 3.5. (a) As used in this chapter, "charter school" refers to a school established under IC 20-24. (b) The term does not include the following: (1) A virtual charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-10). (2) An adult high school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.3). As added by P.L.189-2023, SEC.42.
