Sec. 1.5. "Career scholarship student" means an individual who: (1) has legal settlement in Indiana; (2) is at least five (5) years of age and less than twenty-two (22) years of age on the date in the school year specified in IC 20-33-2-7; and (3) is enrolled in grade 10, 11, or 12 in Indiana.
