Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "award" means any monetary grant made by the commission from: (1) appropriations for higher education awards or freedom of choice grants; (2) federal funds; or (3) other appropriations, grants, gifts, or bequests. As added by P.L.169-2011, SEC.2.
