Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "publicly supported school" means the following: (1) A school corporation (as defined in IC 20-18-2-16(a)). (2) A charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4). (3) A high school maintained by a state educational institution under IC 20-24.5 or another law. As added by P.L.229-2011, SEC.231.
