Sec. 9. The commission shall establish two (2) grant programs as follows: (1) A grant program to encourage the growth of existing organizations that recruit science, technology, engineering, and mathematics teachers. (2) A grant program to support the establishment of programs that increase the pool of high-quality science, technology, engineering, and mathematics teachers in Indiana.
