Amending articles of incorporation and bylaws

Sec. 5. (a) The corporation shall provide in its articles of incorporation that changes in its bylaws are subject to the approval of the governor. (b) The corporation shall amend its articles of incorporation and bylaws to conform to the requirements of this chapter.
