Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, "project student" means an individual who: (1) is an Indiana resident; (2) has previously enrolled in a postsecondary educational institution; (3) has not earned an associate or baccalaureate degree; and (4) is not currently enrolled in a postsecondary educational institution.
