"Eligible entity"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "eligible entity" means any of the following: (1) A school corporation. (2) A public school, including a charter school. (3) A state accredited nonpublic school. (4) An approved intermediary. (5) A career coaching provider approved by the department under section 8 of this chapter. As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.79.
