Annual report

Sec. 9. Not later than December 1, 2023, and each December 1 thereafter, the commission shall do the following: (1) Prepare a report that includes information regarding the: (A) comprehensive career navigation and coaching system developed and implemented under section 5 of this chapter; (B) amount of grants awarded to each eligible entity under section 7 of this chapter; (C) career coaching services provided by eligible entities that receive grants under this chapter; and (D) outcomes from the career coaching services described in clause (C) upon completion of high school. (2) Submit the report to the following: (A) The governor. (B) The general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.79.
