degrees, and programs Sec. 5. The commission may approve or disapprove the: (1) establishment of any new branches, regional or other campuses, or extension centers; (2) establishment of any new college or school; or (3) offering of any proposed or existing: (A) associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree; or (B) program leading to a certificate or other indication of accomplishment.
