Board; organization

Sec. 1. The board of trustees shall meet at Ball State University in January of even-numbered years and organize by: (1) electing from their membership: (A) a president; (B) a vice president; (C) a secretary; and (D) an assistant secretary; and (2) appointing a qualified person who is not a member of the board of trustees to serve as treasurer.
