Treasurer; duties

Sec. 2. The person appointed as treasurer of Ball State University is responsible for the: (1) receipt; (2) custody; (3) accounting; and (4) proper protection; of all funds due and accruing to Ball State University and the board of trustees from any and all sources and for whatever purposes the funds and receipts are designated.
