Public hearings concerning campus board recommendations

Sec. 11. Upon request of a campus board that has submitted recommendations under section 8(7) or 10 of this chapter, the state board of trustees shall conduct public hearings concerning the recommendations at a regular or special meeting of the state board of trustees.
