Information provided to commission

Sec. 7. The commission may require a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution to provide information concerning the: (1) financial position of the postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution; (2) academic programs and instruction offered by the postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution; and (3) student outcomes; and make the information publicly available.
