Purchases; acquisition and disposition of property

Sec. 1. The authority may: (1) contract for the purchase of supplies, goods, or services; and (2) acquire and dispose of any real or personal property without regard to IC 4-13 and IC 5-22. As added by P.L.165-1996, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.49-1997, SEC.62.
