Sec. 10. Only a voter who is a member of the political party for whose candidates a person is offering to vote at a primary election may challenge the person on the ground of party affiliation. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-9-3 part.] As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.6.
