IC 3-11-13-26 Sealing tabulating machines following completion of count Sec. 26. After completion of the count, the tabulating machines shall be sealed as provided in IC 3-12-3-10. The ballot cards and all other election materials shall be sealed, retained, and disposed of as provided for paper ballots.
