Sec. 23. If it is impossible to supply each precinct with an electronic voting system at an election following the adoption of the systems in a county, as many systems shall be supplied as it is possible to procure. The county election board shall determine the precincts of the county in which the systems will be used. As added by P.L.3-1987, SEC.250.
