Sec. 9. If a ballot or any part of a ballot is protested, an absentee ballot counter immediately shall write on the back of the protested ballot the word "counted" or "not counted", as appropriate. As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2.
