Sec. 5. (a) As used in this chapter, "plan" refers to the description of the districts that a redistricting authority is required to establish. (b) The term includes the maps and written descriptions of the maps that define all the districts that a plan is required to have under the applicable law. As added by P.L.169-2022, SEC.2.
