Sec. 26.4. "Inhabitant", for purposes of: (1) Article 4, Section 7 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana; and (2) Article 6, Section 4 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana; means a person who resides at a location, as determined under IC 3-5-5. As added by P.L.258-2013, SEC.3.
