Board composition

Sec. 4. The board is comprised of the following five (5) members: (1) The county chairmen of the major political parties of the county shall each appoint two (2) members of the board. Members of the board appointed under this subdivision: (A) must be voters of the county; and (B) serve a term of two (2) years or until their successors are appointed.
