Sec. 11. After concluding the hearing, the commission shall: (1) affirm the report; (2) amend the report; or (3) refer the matter to the NVRA official for further investigation and submission of a subsequent report to the commission. As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.20. Amended by P.L.8-1995, SEC.29.
