Sec. 23. (a) A circuit court clerk or board of registration may establish substation registration boards as necessary to ensure adequate opportunity for persons to register to vote. (b) The registration officers comprising a substation board must be equally divided between the two (2) major political parties of the county. As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.21.
