Sec. 10. An individual, an organization, or a committee shall include in all literature and advertisements soliciting contributions: (1) the notice required under IC 3-9-3-2.5; and (2) any notice required under Section 6113 of the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. 6113).
