notice pertaining to procedures and qualifications Sec. 16. At least once each year, the department of administration shall distribute to representatives of the news media throughout Indiana a notice stating that information concerning: (1) the notice and bidding procedures for state public works projects and state purchases of supplies and services; and (2) the procedures for qualifying as: (A) a contractor for the design or construction of a state public works project; or (B) a vendor for a state purchase of services or supplies; is available upon request from the department.
