Annual report to general assembly

Sec. 27. Before November 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the general assembly a report on the department's activities in the preceding state fiscal year. The report required by this section must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. As added by P.L.130-2018, SEC.6.
