Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "state agency" means any of the following: (1) A state agency (as defined in IC 4-13-1-1). (2) Any other authority, board, branch, commission, committee, department, division, or other instrumentality of the executive branch of state government, including the following: (A) A state educational institution. (B) A license branch operated or administered under IC 9-14.1. (C) The state police department created by IC 10-11-2-4. As added by P.L.49-1997, SEC.9.
