Sec. 9. Each year the department shall, in cooperation with the lieutenant governor, host at least one (1) conference to bring together the following: (1) Purchasing agents. (2) Suppliers of products made from recycled materials. As added by P.L.49-1997, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.1-2006, SEC.64.
