Sec. 11. (a) The department may receive gifts and grants under terms, obligations, and liabilities that the commissioner considers appropriate. (b) The commissioner shall use a gift or grant received under subsection (a): (1) to carry out this chapter; and (2) according to the terms of the gift or grant. As added by P.L.22-1992, SEC.1.
