Sec. 18.5. (a) The budget agency shall provide a report to the budget committee by September 1 of each year containing each augmentation for the most recently preceding state fiscal year. The report shall include the reason that each augmentation was necessary. (b) This section expires December 31, 2027. As added by P.L.213-2025, SEC.52.
