Sec. 5. (a) The commissioner of the Indiana department of health or the commissioner's designee shall serve as chairman of the board. (b) The board shall annually elect a vice chairman from among the members of the board. As added by P.L.36-1993, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.56-2023, SEC.31.
