Sec. 1. For so long as the Band makes payments in accordance with IC 4-29.5-17, the Band shall allocate a portion of the annual payment to provide funding for public postsecondary and vocational education for Band citizens (the "Pokagon Indiana Education Fund"). As added by P.L.171-2021, SEC.1.
