Sec. 3. With respect to paid fantasy sports games authorized under IC 4-29.5-3, the Band shall adopt as part of the Pokagon Band Gaming Regulations those regulatory standards embodied in Indiana laws, rules, directives, and regulations related to who may participate in a paid fantasy sports game, game operator requirements and rules, prizes, and financial reserves.
