Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "project owner" has the meaning set forth in: (1) IC 8-1-41-5, in the case of a wind power project; or (2) IC 8-1-42-7, in the case of a commercial solar project. As added by P.L.50-2023, SEC.1.
