Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "unit" means a county or a municipality, as specified in: (1) IC 8-1-41-6, in the case of a wind power project; or (2) IC 8-1-42-8, in the case of a commercial solar project. As added by P.L.50-2023, SEC.1.
