Commission; imposition of sanctions against licensee

Sec. 16. The commission may impose one (1) or more of the following sanctions against a licensee who violates sections 2 through 13 of this chapter: (1) Revocation of a license held by the licensee. (2) Suspension of a license held by the licensee. (3) A civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). As added by P.L.341-1989(ss), SEC.2.
