Sec. 19. A licensee who possesses a controlled substance (as defined in IC 35-48) while on the premises of a permit holder shall be fined, suspended, or fined and suspended by the judges in accordance with IC 4-31-13. As added by P.L.341-1989(ss), SEC.2.
