Sec. 18. "Licensed facility" refers to the following: (1) A racetrack at which live horse racing is conducted in accordance with a permit issued by the commission under IC 4-31-5. (2) A satellite facility licensed under IC 4-31-5.5. As added by P.L.105-2022, SEC.2.
