Sec. 14. A permit holder shall post the permit in a prominent place in the permit holder's principal office at the racetrack during the horse racing meeting. The permit holder shall show the permit to a person requesting to see it at a reasonable time. As added by P.L.341-1989(ss), SEC.2.
