Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "communication by other electronic means" means communication by any electronic communication device, including any of the following: (1) A personal computer or other device enabling communication through the Internet. (2) A private network. (3) An interactive television. (4) A wireless communication technology. (5) An interactive computer service (as defined in IC 35-45-5-1).
