Sec. 5.1. (a) Section 5 of this chapter, as in effect before July 1, 2015, applies to an injury or occupational disease occurring before July 1, 2015. (b) Section 5 of this chapter, as amended during the 2016 session of the general assembly, applies to an injury or occupational disease occurring after June 30, 2015. As added by P.L.72-2016, SEC.4.
