Revocation of license

Sec. 2.7. The commission may revoke a license under this chapter if: (1) the licensee begins regular gambling game operations more than twelve (12) months after receiving the commission's approval of the application for the license; and (2) the commission determines that the revocation of the license is in the best interests of Indiana.
