Sec. 8. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the commission shall transfer: (1) fees collected under this chapter; and (2) all investigation costs recovered under this chapter; to the treasurer of state for deposit in the state general fund. As added by P.L.233-2007, SEC.21.
